Fowlers Vase | Madeline Prowd

Madeline Prowds current art practice is heavily influenced by traditional Italian glassblowing techniques and the technical proficiency inherent in the process of making. Though utilising Italian patterning techniques within her work, she looks more to a minimalist aesthetic for inspiration, focusing on clean lines and a muted pallet. Madeline draws inspiration from the urban and natural landscape and she strives to bring an element of the handmade into all aspects of her work; both her functional design-ware and her developing exhibition work.
