Scarlet Offering Sculpture by Greg Swinburne

The 'Offering' sculptures came from a body of work started in 2001, they represent a period of spiritual searching in Greg's life. Greg has always admired Japanese art and used glass as an excuse to study in that area - there is a close connection between all the arts in Japan and Greg mainly found himself inspired by gardens, Ikebana and calligraphy. He does his final cold work - cutting, grinding and polishing in his own studio. Greg's distinctive glass work is sought after for the home and corporate environments.
